Dr. Pompa:
Here on this webcast with Dr. Melissa Sonners. And she is… Yoo hoo!

Dr. Sonners:
What’s up?

Dr. Pompa:
She’s one of our amazing platinum practitioners that you’ll get to hear more about. This is a really tight-growing group of us that are doing cellular healing, cellular detox, all the fasting principles, the practice of Stenomics, as we call it. And you’re going to hear all about that. Matter of fact, Melissa, you’re actually on a detox panel, a fasting panel, and you’ll even be talking about how you do this Stenomics program in your practice, incorporations and all, right?

Dr. Sonners:
Yeah, absolutely. Yeah. And I’ll be talking about how I balance it all with family, which perfect situation right here. The reality of being a woman, a busy woman, and practicing, right? So it all… Everything I’ve done with you has fed into that lifestyle. So yeah, I’m happy. I’m so excited to share this with everybody that’s coming.

Dr. Pompa:
Yeah, no, you’re amazing. [inaudible 00:01:05] I don’t know how you do it. Well, anyways, all I can hold up is the dog when they come around. My kids are too old to hold up anymore.

Dr. Sonners:
Yeah, they’re behind you, though. I love that picture. Your family is so sweet and I love that we all get to really kind of know them through you and [Merily 00:01:24] and it’s really neat. We feel really close to you guys. So I know everybody does that comes to your events.

Dr. Pompa:
Yeah, well we do. We put on amazing events, you know, and I hope that people watch this and go, “Okay, I’ve got to come.” Because I can say this for certain, you need to be doing cellular detox the way we’re doing it. But it’s so much more than that. And I think people will understand it’s a multi-therapeutic approach, right? And integrating fasting and all these strategies that go along with fasting is what you’ll learn at the seminar. And that’s why we’re doing a fasting panel, detox panel, because we want to engage the audience because I want them to hear from you all. Right? How are you doing this in your practice? Talk a little bit about that. I mean, how have these things transformed your practice, your results, and also financial income because we have a way of monetizing, putting it together in a package.

Dr. Sonners:
Yeah. I mean, it’s done all those things hands down for sure. Our lives have so dramatically changed from coming to your events and really being all in, right? So taking all the information that you guys are offering and using it because this stuff works and you make it so easy to use and implement. And so we’ve done a number of things. You know, we’ve started doing some virtual stuff with the fasting and the detox, which has been incredible. We can touch on that whenever you want. But you know, as parents, as a mom, that’s given me a freedom that I get to be with my kids and do what I love. I get incredible results for our clients. It’s also had a personal impact on me. I got Lyme somewhere along the line and I’ve used all those systems to help heal myself. So it’s been huge for us.

Dr. Pompa:
Yeah, yeah, no doubt. All right, let’s talk about the Stenomic program, where we’re teaching people in a seven-week program how to implement this in their life and really how to fast, but really get the maximum benefit out of a fast and prepare them for a fast, you know? Number one you can tell a little bit of that because we’re going to be teaching on that more at the seminar. How has that built your practice and what about the results?

Dr. Sonners:
Oh my gosh. I feel like some Stenomics is like my baby. Like I love that program. I mean, Jason and I, my husband, who everyone will see at the seminar as well, we came to you because we had been trying to learn more about ketosis and fasting in order to bring it to our patients. And we were kind of studying it for a year or so before we met you and we just wanted to take it to a deeper level. And the information that you shared helped us so much with that. And then this seven-week program. And I always have the books. I know everyone will see the books, but-

Dr. Pompa:
Oh that’s the actual workbook that we give out. Yeah.

Dr. Sonners:
Yeah. So we give these to our patients. We actually do the program virtually, which again gives amazing freedom. It’s a thick, thick book. But what I found so amazing about the program is in six weeks, because week seven is really just about, okay, what do you do now? How do you [inaudible 00:04:34] your life? Our people that were in the program, some of the beginners mastered in six weeks what it took us years to figure out. So it is so simple to receive the information as an attendee of the program and it’s so easy to deliver the information.

What we do virtually is obviously it’s seven weeks. We do a virtual call once a week, where we teach all the goals of the week. We’ve done it live and this next round we’re going to actually just prerecord it because it’s easier with the kids. Sometimes like the kids are fighting and we’re like, “Oh we’re about to go live.” So we’re going to prerecord it so people will be able to access it whenever they want. We’ll release it just before the week begins each week. And it tells them everything that they need to do. And then each Friday I’ll go live on Facebook, probably for like five minutes, answer the questions. We’ve created a private Facebook community, which was your suggestion on how to run it. And it almost like runs itself and these people get incredible results and they’re so happy.

And what we love, too, is people are talking a lot about ketosis and intermittent fasting. It’s kind of trendy, but you know, like anything that can be beneficial, it can be detrimental if not done correctly. And so we have been teaching this in our community and it’s pretty much like established us almost, I feel like almost as a celebrity and as an expert in the field, which has been so simple.

Dr. Pompa:
Yeah, it’s awesome. And I remember one of the docs on our training call for it said, “Well, when do we close people?” And I said, “You don’t.” The whole thing is, is that they just come to your practice and they just want to be a part of everything that you’re doing. They want everything that you have, whether it’s hey, you get a free x-ray. And you know, going through it, we’ve really developed clever ways of saying, “And you know, by the way, if you want more of that testing, we offer that at the clinic.” And you just move on and it brings people into your practice because you’re creating this culture and this community of knowledge.

Dr. Sonners:
Yeah, it’s been super easy to somewhat just feel like we’re attracting people in. And what’s really neat is we’re attracting the kind of people that we want. So we’re attracting people that are either have been sick and have a toxicity and they’re motivated to get better and they want what’s actually going to work and they’re willing to pay for it because they’re seeing that it’s working. And it’s attracting motivated people into our center that are healthy and just wanting to take that to the next level. So it’s fun. It’s easy. These people want to get better.

Dr. Pompa:
The reason I got the idea was I built a whole practice back when it was in vogue… Like you said, fasting and ketosis and all the stuff that we teach are in vogue right now. But it was like the extreme make-overs were in vogue. You’re probably too young for that.

Dr. Sonners:
No, I’ve seen it. I just look young from all the fasting.

Dr. Pompa:
[crosstalk 00:07:33] But anyways, it was like the craze. And I built a whole practice, because I sold mine and then I started over again. And that was all I did. I did like four of these a year and we would get… We started out, you know, maybe 20 people, then 40, 50. Then we had like 200 people at a time. And of course we would do smaller ones in our practice. We’d do bigger ones where we rented a church or something.

But it was the only way. I built this following, like you said, celebrity status doing these extreme makeovers that I became the chiropractor that everyone went to. And you know, we would do fairs and different things during that to bring people in from the class, oftentimes, like if we did it at a church. It just rocked it, man. It was the best thing. So with this, it was like, okay, let’s do the same thing. Let’s just build trust and rapport by giving incredible information out and people will pour into the practice. It works.

Dr. Sonners:
Sure. It does. Yeah. And it’s fun. And it gives you freedom. It gives you so much freedom as a practitioner, which I think we all want.

Dr. Pompa:
Yeah. So one of the things I want you to teach about to them is, okay, how do you do this virtually, right? And I’m going to bring one of my other docs, who are doing it in-house, because it’s both ways to do it. I think the virtual concept is huge and I think that you’re going to have a lot of questions about how to did you [inaudible 00:08:56]. What did you do? So you’re going to answer that because you’ve actually done it. I take people through a Facebook following, but I don’t have a practice to monetize like you do. So this is the future. People want this information. They’re willing to pay for it. People pay for the class, too, by the way. How much do they pay?

Dr. Sonners:
Yeah, so people paid $297 for a single and then we encourage people to join as a couple or you know, grab someone that works with you in the office, and that’s $500. And then we also, just in regards to monetizing it, everybody wants our recommendation. So like, you know, we travel a lot. So we talk about how do we get our fats in when we travel? And I mean I literally have them right here cause I do videos on them all the time. But like what are my travel packets? So I have affiliate links, you know, through HCF. I have links through some other stuff and they’re clicking on those links and it’s not why I do it, but if I’m going to share information and sometimes I get a discount, I make a little bit of money and that helps fund my ability to do other stuff to help people.

Dr. Pompa:
Yeah, no. It’s fun. I just did a radio interview with one of our docs and he’s doing his fifth one and he said the exact same thing. He’s like, “It’s transformed my practice.” He’s like, “It’s my favorite thing to do. I love doing these and it’s been just a godsend.”

So come to the seminar, you’re going to learn a lot more about all these topics, obviously. And then by the way, that’s why we’re bringing you on the panels because you’ve been so successful in bringing this into your practice. And I really had the idea about the panels. I watched Dave Asprey do it, honestly, at his Bulletproof seminar. I watched them do panels and engage the audience and I said, “Ah, that’s the way to do it.” Because you’ll sit there and listen to a lecture on fasting or detox or the Stenomic program. And you know, I don’t know, you only get so much out of it, but if you can engage in the conversation, you get a lot more. But you know, my goal for you is for them to be able to walk away and be able to do this program somehow.

Dr. Sonners:
Yeah. And I’m happy, you know, if anyone who’s at the seminar has more questions, I literally, you know… What’s really neat with the group and the culture that you’ve created, Dr. Pompa, is everybody comes from an abundance mindset. And so any of us who have used what you’ve taught and are finding successes with it, it’s not like, this is mine. I need to hold it. It’s like, this is how I did it. It’s so easy. Here, do it yourself.

Dr. Pompa:
One of the things that we have with that in mind, right, it’s like I get a lot. But here’s our Voxer group, right?

Dr. Sonners:
Yeah. Oh, I love that.

Dr. Pompa:
Exactly. Because we share information, right? We’re always on there listening. It’s like, “Oh, that’s what you’re doing?” Right? And really that’s a lot of how that Stenomic program was built. It’s like, that’s working. That’s not. And we share the information in our groups. It’s awesome.

Dr. Sonners:
Yeah. And I mean, I can’t stress that enough to practitioners that are listening and want to potentially come to the seminar. You know, you’ll learn so much from anybody up on stage, the stuff that Dr. Pompa is going to share. But truly, truly the group of people, your platinum doctors, your elite doctors, which is kind of a coaching group that you have, as well as attendees. Everybody is there to help each other. And I’ve never found a group like that.

Dr. Pompa:
Yeah. You know, literally we have people who have come to seminars for years and they just come to the seminars because they’re just [crosstalk 00:12:22] two seminars. My last two… usually my dogs are barking, by the way, in the background.

Dr. Sonners:
It’s a reality. There’s going to be a women watching this. They understand.

Dr. Pompa:
Maybe they have something amazing to say. In my last two seminars, I literally sat in the audience so much and I was like, Oh my gosh, this is amazing. And so people just come for the seminars. But you know, look, we only take on so many into our platinum group per seminar and that’s an option for people. But we do the seminars to pour out this information to people. So whether you join our coaching program or not, doesn’t matter. You’re going to be blessed if you come to the seminar and you’ll be very blessed if you end up joining our coaching group, that’s for sure.

But again, our goal is to deliver during the seminar and typically we take on about 10 new platinums each seminar because we control that teaching, obviously. But hey, regardless, I hope you come. This information you need in your practice. You need cellular detox, obviously.

Actually this seminar, we’re focusing a lot more on that and a lot more on fasting. But how we put that together, we’re really focusing on. So you need it, you need the program. And the Stenomic program. I believe this is a way to build your practice really easy. So the link here is the cheapest and easiest way to come to the seminar from the webcast. So join right here from the link and we make it that easy for you. Dr. Melissa, thank you. I have to ask you this question. What’s your favorite part of the seminar?

Dr. Sonners:
Oh my gosh, that’s a hard one. The information, the people, the community. It’s such a neat network of people. I feel like, it sounds kind of cheesy, but it’s… The people there have become like family to me. And yet, I’m talking to these people all the time on Voxer. We’re connected, we’re helping each other. They know what I’m going through with my family, with Lyme stuff that I’ve dealt with. I mean, this has become my community and the information is amazing. The seminars… Like you said, if you’re just there to attend and listen and kind of take it all in, it’s an amazing, amazing seminar.

Dr. Pompa:
It is. I always say this, we don’t have all the answers, but I know that we have more than most. Our goal is to get it into as many practices as we can and couldn’t do it without you platinum group, that’s for sure.

Dr. Sonners:
We couldn’t do it without you.

Dr. Pompa:
You also were one of the hosts of the 50 Ways to Women’s Wellness. I always tongue tie that one, by the way.

Dr. Sonners:
Yeah. Fifty www dot. Fifty Ways to Women’s Wellness.

Dr. Pompa:
And it comes off screwed up half the time. And I say it’s 50-50. But anyways, that’s coming up here, but it’s already had a big impact. I think it was more than 50 interviews, 60 some.

Dr. Sonners:
Yeah.

Dr. Pompa:
It turned out. Yeah. But no, it’s going to be a game changer. We’re bringing some of that into this seminar. So again, it’s another really special seminar. And also Andy Wakefield, we’re doing a charity dinner for him.

I don’t know if those watching this are familiar with this, but his new movie coming out, I’m not going to call it Vaxxed 2, because it’s not. But it’s that and then some. You know, right now in the public opinion, we’ve lost this battle on vaccines. However, it’s being changed in the courtroom and you’re going to hear a lot about that. So another really exciting topic. But Dr. Melissa, thank you for being here and teaching at the seminar both.

Dr. Sonners:
Of course, of course. So excited.

Dr. Pompa:
Appreciate it.

Dr. Sonners:
All right. See you soon.
