Roberto Monaco

Roberto Monaco has been a full-time speaker, coach, and trainer since 2002, and has conducted more than 4500 presentations in America, Canada, Mexico, England, Brazil, and Puerto Rico.

He worked for the Anthony Robbins Companies for 6 years and in 2004, 2005, 2006 and in 2007 he was the top producer and revenue generator in the country. In 2005, 2006, 2007 and 2008 Roberto also coached and trained all the other Peak Performance Strategists at The Anthony Robbins Companies.

He has advised and consulted with Fortune 500 companies, executives, managers and sales professionals in the areas of peak performance, leadership, the psychology of achievement, presentation skills and sales.

He has served chiropractors and wellness doctors for the last six years, showing them how to convert more patients at Dr. Report’s, ROF, “dinner with doc” talks, health talks and corporate wellness talks. Hi Warren Phillips here, one of the founders and co founders of HCF Seminars and Live It To Lead It. I have the pleasure and honor of sharing some of the strategies I’m learning at one of the world’s largest masterminds in marketing seminars in the world and some masterminds I get to teach at. What’s gonna be hot and make you money and the upcoming year, two years in the health and wellness space. In some of these niche markets we’re gonna discuss that today. And then I brought on one of the world class leaders in communication and conversion so you can take these hot topics that are marketing, that are [inaudible 00:00:32] new potential leads and clients into your office; but how do you convert these people? I have Roberto Monaco of Influenceology, he teaches you these conversion strategies and he teaches the three F’s of conversion today.

Hey guys.

Top niches.

Roberto Monaco:
Awesome. So for those who are listening to us right now, we’ll get to know Warren. Warren is a rockstar marketer and he knows where the money is right now, and most important, where the money is going to be six months from now, a year from now, to composition yourself. You’re offering your services to capture the market share.

So I’ll be talking about the three F’s that every doctor, influencer, presenter, must use doing their presentations. So if you’re doing for example outside talks, or if you’re doing internal lectures and you’re selling any package, I want to encourage you guys to go and discuss how to use the three F’s during the close.

But before Warren, why don’t you tell us some of the hot areas to focus on and practice right now?

Warren Phillips:
Yeah, this is just an honor to be sharing with your audience, with my audience. This is an amazing video that we have to share. There’s some really hot niches out there that these doctors aren’t aware of. They’re in the trenches, they’re working hard and they’re literally pushing a ball up a hill, when it comes to marketing. But in reality, if they tap into some of these niches, they’re able to literally push it down the hill. I’ve met clinics that are at $350,000 doing their just traditional, even functional medical clinics and their niching it and they’re now at 2, 3 million dollars. There’s some wonderful niches. I’ll share one of those niches with you now.

This one lady niched in on natural facelifts. So all natural, but her functional medical clinic niches in on natural facelifts and did her marketing, her branding around that and now she’s just literally killing it.

We also know that stem cells are extremely hot right now. At our next event we have teaching and strategies on stem cells, how you market them more importantly, because it’s marketing really hot right now. Even if you aren’t able to do injections, there’s still ways to do it naturally to have your own body’s stem cells produce. If you can market stem cells right now and pay back on all the success and marketing that stem cell clinics are doing right now. So that’s one of the major niches.

The biggest niche, that I believe, if you can get into, everyone’s doing it themselves, and it’s the hugest market in Google, in the health space right now; it’s Ketosis to Ketogenic Diet. A lot of doctors are doing it. I’ve done a survey that very few of them are teaching strategies and monetizing on it. Literally. They’re not monetizing on this topic. You could be teaching them on  monetizing, and next we’re gonna share one those strategies as well. We have a book and a system that goes along with that because the need is out there.

Our audience, Roberto, I’m speaking to your audience right now.

Roberto Monaco:   
Yeah.

Warren Phillips: 
You know, you need a system. If you don’t have a system you can’t convert and close. They know how to sell it but they need a system of how to position themselves in the marketplace. So Ketosis. And that goes into the second most searched term out there, fasting and intermittent fasting.

It’s right up there, it’s 4-5 times the amount of searches and need out there, of what their customers are looking for on the internet. What they’re interested in and there’s angles that you can take to attract them to your office. Right? And that’s your funnel.

You need a funnel, and the beautiful thing about what I want to share, why I have you on this call for my audience, is these three F’s Matter the most.

Roberto Monaco:   
Yep.

Warren Phillips: 
And I know from, I mean I’ve been training doctors fifteen years.

Roberto Monaco: 
Nice.

Warren Phillips:  
And it doesn’t matter how good of a speaker you are or what you’re doing, if you don’t follow these rules, you’re not going to convert.

Roberto Monaco:  
Yep.

Warren Phillips:    
I’ve seen the best [inaudible 00:04:19]. They’d say “Man, I nailed that talk Roberto, did you see what I just, I nailed that talk!” Zero conversions. Because its about psychology and influence.

Roberto Monaco:  
100%

Warren Phillips:    
It’s not about how good you are. So Roberto, we told them the niches, let’s give them the three F’s and lets rock this [inaudible 00:04:33].

Roberto Monaco: 
So, regardless if you’re promoting the content doesn’t matter. So during the close and part when I’m gonna be sharing at the events I’ve been doing a two hour class, for advanced doctors there; when the upcoming events. [crosstalk 00:04:48].

Warren Phillips:  
Yeah, our platinum doctors [crosstalk 00:04:49].

Roberto Monaco:  
Platinum doctors, which I’m super super. [crosstalk 00:04:50].

Warren Phillips: 
But it doesn’t matter, Roberto is gonna be speaking at a future event to the public, but you can still meet him in a hall and learn new strategies.

Roberto Monaco:  
So we’re gonna have a lot of fun there and I’m going to be able to review all my close, but stuff you can do today, if you have talk tonight, if you have a talk tomorrow, you can apply the 3 F’s.

The first F, write this down. I call Freedom of choice. And I’m gonna explain why that important, because as a communicator, as an influencer, as a presenter, sometimes we get so passionate about our offer and we get so fired up and so [inaudible 00:05:24] that you come across as look you must do this. Otherwise you won’t get any results. Or you must do this or you’re not going to get the results you want.

Now let me pause here. It must be true right? It must be true that we are the only one in our marketplace who has the solution for the offer. But the moment you come across like we must do it, you must do this, guess what? You’re going to have reactives, very good, reactives. And when you have over reactives people are like, “No, I can die early”, alright? “I can be miserable.” By the way, in the end of the day, they have a choice of not doing anything.

Warren Phillips:     
Yeah, they’re going like this Roberto, but they want to move these fingers, too, and go like this. That’s what they want to do to you at that point. Just so you know.

Roberto Monaco:  
So one of the ways to instill confidence is role, people, is to just address a code of Freedom of choice. And it’s just one line. You can say look, obviously when it comes to the power or your, in the future of your health, you have the power to decide what you want to do. Right. Just by acknowledging. [inaudible 00:06:32] Acknowledging that people has the choice and the power to decide, you reduce reactives, almost like you give the illusion of giving the power back to the patient. Follow me? Look when it comes to our health, we have the power to do it. You can decide what your gonna do. So now, you can be confident, but you don’t create those reactives, right. Number 1.

Number 2. That was the first F. The second F I call Future regrets. Because regret is one of the most powerful emotions to move people, why? Because nobody wants to experience regret. Okay. So during the two hour event for the platinum doctors, I want to share how to see the story in the beginning of the talk so we can link back the strategy with the character in a story. I don’t have time today so you gotta go to the event and learn. But here’s what I’ve gotta share with you.

Future regrets, the strategy is that when you take your audience into the future, and you cause them to look to this time right now, and ask them elegantly if they wouldn’t regret knowing vest themselves. So here’s how we do it, alright.

First, step 1. You do the Freedom of choice. You say stuff like, “Look, when it comes to your health, I know, and the health of your family, you have the power to decide.” First F.

Second F. Then you’re going to take them to the future and from the future you’re gonna have them look back at this moment and ask them if they’re gonna regret. You say, “Look, I just want to ask you a question for a second.” Imagine 6 months from today or 8 from today and this situation got worse, maybe to a point where you cannot do anything about it. Wouldn’t you regret, when you look back at this moment, knowing that you could help yourself here better, but you didn’t? Wouldn’t you regret? Now internally, they’re gonna be like, of course I would.

Warren Phillips:  
Of course.

Roberto Monaco:
You don’t even necessarily need a commitment, yes, because internally, if you do this right, with empathy, we take them to the future and from the future they look back at this moment and ask wouldn’t you regret? But then you don’t want to talk ab out your offer right there because they have this regret emotion experience.

So then you’re gonna do the third F, which is I call Future pacing. Alright. And I’m gonna be like now, here’s what’s cool. What happened when tonight you make yourself the most important asset? Tonight you make yourself, you envision yourself. How’s your life gonna be six months from today, twelve months from today, knowing that you’re doing everything you can to maximize your health? How would you feel six months from today when you can do benefit, benefit, benefit? How awesome that feel? That’s why, then you’re gonna link to your offer.

So, I’m a recap here, okay. The reason I do 3 F’s in any offer. Number 1, Freedom of choice, to reduce resistance. The second F. Future regret, I wanna take this into the future and from the future, a negative future, I’m gonna have them to look at the present and ask them wouldn’t you regret? Internally gonna be like yes. Why I want to do that? Because regret is a really powerful emotion, and people trying to avoid, nobody wants to experience regret. But I don’t want to stop there, it’s important. Cause if you stop that there, you’re not gonna move through them because of negative emotion. But then you’re gonna take the negative emotion transform them positive emotion from a future place; and then you’re gonna say “Look, how awesome that feel now when you make yourself a priority?” Tonight. Right here, right now. How do you feel six months from today when your life is better, your health is better? Then you go to future place and then you close strong.

What I found and my clients found that when you combine these 3 F’s with other strategies, you’re gonna have some amazing conversions. For example, one of my clients, he does this dinners for three years, once a month, out of Michigan. He never been below 90%, which is incredible. If you do these dinners you know that sometimes 50%, 60%, 40% never below 90% alright. And one of the elements he use is the 3 F’s during the close, which is amazing. Obviously, there are other ways that you can use the 3 F’s in a talk as well. I hope that was valuable today.

Warren Phillips:
That’s so valuable and I actually want to recap this because I want some testimonies in here. I’m gonna open up on this page because on our HCF seminar page and I’m gonna turn on the comments and I want to have a conversation about this. Because I believe in those 3 F’s so much, because I’ve seen it. I mean I’ve been to speaker training, I mean stuff that you know is the world class way. And you’ve simplified it in such a way that anybody can do it. You don’t have to be a great communicator, you follow the 3 F’s. And the thing about most practitioners watching this, and most practitioners are this way, they don’t want to be salesman. You don’t have to.

You want to get someone to choose you as their answer for their needs. So they’re really good at the empathy. So when they’re sharing, you know the regret F number 2, you’re gonna be really good at that and they’re gonna be able to communicate with that authenticity. And their stories. Many of the health practitioners, at least that we attract, have been sick themselves; so they have massive empathy. They have massive stories. I mean if somebody would have told me, you know what doctor [00:12:03] told me, before I got sick and while I was sick, the eight years I suffered, man I would have jumped on that. Is their obligation to do so. So can you just go back over.

Roberto Monaco:   
Yeah, no there’s a very good point that you touch here, Warren, amazing point. On the empathy. When you talk about freedom of choice, first F and the second F future regret, the difference that’s going to make you come across effective or salsey is the place you come from. When I teach Doctors at this class I say how many of you have had in your career, when you’ve had that patient come to your system, whatever, they one, they two, whatever the tests you do, they totally have a problem. You say “Here’s the solution,” the patient didn’t take action and came back a year later, two years later, regretting in a worser place. Has that ever happened to you? And 100 percent of doctors say yeah it happened to me. Which proves my point, that the future regrets, not quote unquote a sales strategy, that’s life. That’s life! Right.

Now you wanna do that from a place of empathy, from a place of love and respect but it just put out there that stuff like that could very much happen to them, to regret, if they don’t take action on it.

And then you go to future place, obviously, with a compelling future. So I love that you touch on that. On the empathy point.

Warren Phillips:    
I really want people to try what you’re doing cause these 3 F’s and again will to your audience mean, well there’s some hot niches, I’m gonna teach you how to, you know, not me but our team can teach you how to do those niches. Come to the event, this is an invitation for your audience and our audience.

Roberto Monaco:  
Yep.

Warren Phillips:   
Any doctor that wants to be on the cutting edge of this marketing and these new marketing niches that are out there, again there are systems and you can’t just magically on this call, share that with you in the five minutes, it’s just not realistic. But these 3 F’s that you’re sharing, it’s very realistic for you to literally transform your practice.

I’ve done videos just like this and I’ve had testimonies of people literally closing $30,000 in a talk. These are real testimonies. Even you know 10 years ago, but these principles of psychology, and you’re that master at it Roberto, so walk through, just one more time.

So someones doing a thyroid talk, or weight loss talk. How would they do the 3 F’s? [crosstalk 00:14:29]

Roberto Monaco:
Well lets say, right before, depending on the talk structure, but right before they actually go into the offer per say, I would say something like, “Look, obviously when it comes to weight loss and your health, you have the power to decide what you’re gonna do for you and your family, I totally get it. I just want you to consider for a second, imagine six months from today, maybe a year from today, and your weight loss didn’t go away. As a matte of fact it got to point that now; I hope doesn’t happen to you, but now we have maybe a serious complication. Maybe surgery, maybe to a point that is really hard to reverse. Wouldn’t you regret, when you look back to this moment, right here, right now, knowing with certainty there’s a solution. There’s something you can handle right here, right now, but you didn’t.”

Now what happens if today, right here, right now, you make your health your most important asset? You make yourself a priority. How would you feel six months from today? When you go and you look on the scale and now you have 20, 30 pounds less. How would you feel when you go to work now and you go to your social circle and people are like man you look good, you look so good, what happened to you? What kind of confidence and joy, when you wake up, when you look yourself in the mirror and are like not only do I look good, I feel good. I feel like I’m 10 years younger. How awesome that feel?

Most important, what kind of piece of reminder I wanted to have I hear from today, knowing that you’re doing everything you can to protect the most important asset you have. Of your life and your family’s life, which is your health. What can have that piece of mind. That’s exactly why we’ve developed the weight loss breakthrough blah blah blah program.

Then here’s the last point that they need to learn, because I’m getting excited sharing this stuff [crosstalk 00:16:35]

Roberto Monaco:    
I love it!

Warren Phillips:  
I’ve been doing events, you know, for fifteen years, and then you do that. There’s two people watching, two different types of people. People who have donned on this is the past and forgot. They forgot this in the talks. And people have never tried it and they’re doing talks, educating and helping their clients, but they’re not converting or growing their business and they’re burning out. Because they’re not using the 3 F’s in their talks.

Roberto Monaco:   
Yep.

Warren Phillips: 
Notice the pace, the tone, we’ve watched this video with Roberto, did he give them time to think? Did your heart start coming out? That’s not acting, that’s Roberto warning you to choose. Wanting to teach you. So that same heart that you have, that’s compassion. And I know that strategies we’ve used, we’ve made them close their eyes for the six months, for the regret in the six months, some people can do that. And that’s another high level strategy to get more in their imagination.

Roberto Monaco: 
Yep.

Warren Phillips:  
As their imagining their future pace in their life through imagination. Now you go, open your eyes. You can do it that way too. That’s another, the higher level strategy. You don’t need to do that because when you first fear this stuff from practice number 2, you get scared about that, like I don’t wanna make people [inaudible 00:17:39]

Roberto Monaco:
I know some people do, they do feel awkward. And the moment you feel awkward the they’re gonna feel awkward too. So better don’t do that, don’t feel awkward.

Warren Phillips:
I’ve tried to do that on stage once and I totally blew it. [crosstalk 00:17:50] But I’ve done it well too, so you know, that’s practice, that’s.

Roberto Monaco:   
That’s it.

Warren Phillips: 
You know, how many times did you fail today? [crosstalk 00:17:57]

Roberto Monaco:  
I have my share of failures too, I do, I really do.

Warren Phillips:
Then after that, you have a list, a limited amount of people, I’m gonna do five people, whatever you’re close is and you tell them what to do and you have a team that does it. And you tell them exactly what to do.

Roberto Monaco:  
Oh yeah.

Warren Phillips:
Now if you raise your hand, go to the back of the room, I want to meet with you. One on one to discuss how we can get you there, whatever your offer is, but you gotta tell them what to do and you have to do it right there. And it’s tonight only and.

Roberto Monaco: 
Oh yeah, there’s more, there’s’ more, but wait. I need to share my whole by with them because there’s more stuff. I’m gonna have a chance to talk at the two hour event for the best doctors. I hope so.

Yes, for the advanced doctors, and they can find you in the hallways.

For sure.

Warren Phillips:    
You’re audience, I want to show them these hot new niche markets that they can expand their practice. It’s unlimited leads.

Roberto Monaco: 
Can you talk about where it comes up with other people in our group here. Give some more details about what I’m gonna get out of the event.

Warren Phillips:   
Well, you know, some of the hottest niches right now. One, we’re bringing three huge cancer clinics in and the reason we’re doing that is that one in two people can mean cancer. So between diabetes, thyroid disorders, obesity, unless your enlightened and you’re a practitioner, and some practitioners have these same challenges.

A lot of my good friends and chiropractors, I can go back down the list that have lost their fathers, some of the best chiropractors and natural health practitioners in the world have died from cancer. So our heart is to, this gets shoved under the rug because it is one of the topics you need to be very careful with. But that’s not going to stop Live It To Lead It health centers of the future from bringing these high level strategies that you could either refer out to or some of the strategies you can do to support your clients that are doing that.

I just partnered up with another team on helping bring this message to the world. It’s also if your marketing that we’ll share their marketing strategies as well. Where we’re niching and really strong right now, the number one search term on Google, and its 4 times larger than any one. It’s 1.52 to 1.5, 1.4 million searches a month right now is ketosis and the ketogenic diet.

The number one guy who literally disrupted this before ketosis was whose catalyzed this before ketosis was a thing. I remember watching First Do No Harm, this was the first movement to do the ketogenic diet, you know this is 20 years old. I did ketosis and that’s what helped the inflammation and literally changed my life. In detoxification, because when you detox, or when you’re doing ketosis toxins release. The detox piece is really important as well. But from a marketing perspective, nobody has done it, I would say one of the greatest in the world; there’s other people who have done it, but one of the greatest is Drew Manning of Fit To Fat To Fit. We’re talking the Tonight Show, View. He had his own hit show on A&E. We’re talking Doctor Oz. This guy has learned to market that and he has a huge Facebook following, so he’s going to teach social media strategies, media strategies in that niche.

We also have one of our platinum doctors who you’re teaching to is gonna share her social media strategies. She now has been teaching a couple of things that we teach at the event, she now has a number 1 video on YouTube and it’s literally flooding her virtual practice. So [crosstalk 00:21:27]

That’s cool. That’s cool.

Warren Phillips:
Virtual practice piece in there. How to take a YouTube video, refasten that into your blog, refasten that into your Facebook account, and really spread that message. For the platinum guys specifically, I just sat down and met with at a marketing event where the mastermind was at. The number 3 woman who has viral videos, I’m gonna be sharing some of those with the platinum doctors. You know that’s one of our higher level programs but if you see me in the hallway, I’m out there. I am there the whole event sharing strategies. Their hearts are so big and the kind of conversations that I want to have is those people are suffering and challenged. I want to see them free. Such once was I. Someone working in a business, being in the business and working on your business and I just know the freedom and I just want to encourage people. That’s going to be my gift to anybody who wants to learn how to grow their business, how to get free, how to just literally love their life. From a guy who got his life back, I just want to see other practitioners free. Financially, impact, influence, influencology. That’s what I’m [crosstalk 00:23:43] a one on one guy, a one on three guy. I promise you I’ll help transform your life. Because I’ve been through it. I’ll inspire you to make the changes you need to do in your practice. I’m gonna tell you, you know what, your wife needs to get back into practice with you. You need to hire a nanny. What is that costing you? How many lives are at stake because you’re worried about your wife doing dishes, when she needs to be adjusting and transforming lives? Those are the sorts of conversations I want to break free people from because this market is unlimited. Its a 1.3 trillion dollar industry. It’s on a hockey stick right now and with all of the pharma, the vaccines, the things that are coming against us, we have a window of time to influence people. We have a window of time to set the tide, to win the market over, and then make a difference. And if we’re not all thinking big, if we’re not all have these limiting mindsets, can I afford a Nanny? Can I afford help? We gotta get rid of those limiting mindsets and realize we’re in the most wonderful time of health in the world. We have the biggest impact. They’re trying to censor us but we can’t be stopped. They can’t censor truth. It’s spreading like wildfire. I want to be a part of it with these guys, Roberto, and they need to know how to communicate. [crosstalk 00:24:50]

Roberto Monaco:
